Medieval copper alloy folding strap clasp, frame with slightly convex sides and a vestigial ridge near each corner, narrowed bar on outside edge retains the folding end which is decorated with two pairs of engraved lines bordering a band containing three engraved saltire-on-crosses separated by transverse lines. Plate missing. Folding-end: Length 12mm. Width 13mm. Frame: Length 18mm. Width 13mm. See Egan and Pritchard, (1991), 118, fig.77. c.1350-1450.
