Five body sherds and one rim sherd of Romano-British greyware, AD 43-410. The fabric is sandy with micaceous inclusions and they are grey to black in colour, with some oxidisation apparent between the outside surfaces. One of the body sherds is especially thick (13.8mm) and likely to be from a medium-sized storage jar.
The sherds collectively weigh 64.66g. The largest (body) measures 46.5x35.9x9.4mm, the smallest (body) measures 28.9x23.5x6.5mm.
