A lead weight of uncertain date, found on a site producing Roman to Modern material but mostly Roman and 18th century AD to Modern. The weight has a height of 27.6mm and is an irregular conical to pyramidal shape the base measuring 24.5mm x 21.9mm. The weight is 71.74g (c. 2.53oz). The flat base has a circular hole, off centre, which has a diameter of 6.8mm and seems to extend to a depth of c. 19.0mm on the height axis.
