A small flint retouched flake dating to Late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age (c. 2700-1600 BCBC). The flint has been struck from a secondary flake and retains about 20% of the original cortex. The dorsal face exhibits irregular, scaled scars. The striking platform is lenticular shape and the ventral face shows a low bulb of percussion indicative of soft hammer work. On one mesal edge is visible a short, scaled and semi-abrupt retouch. It is possible to identify this retouched flake as a thumb-nail scraper.
The flint is a translucent light-grey. It measures 19.91mm in length, 13.83mm in width, 3.47mm in thick and weighs 1.57g.
