A worn copper-alloy strap end of Medieval date. It comprises two flat plates that are triangular in form, undecorated and taper towards their base. Both plates have small semi-circular terminal knops of equal size. At the centre of the terminal end and at the centre of the attachment end are single circular rivet holes containing copper-alloy rivets with flattened circular heads. The entire object s partially bent due to post-depositional damage. It measures 30.27mm in lenght, 14.87mm in width, 2.57mm in thickness, and 2.73g in weight. This strap end is of Medieval date, c.14th century AD.
