Edward III halfgroat of pre-treaty series D, London mint, the coin has been slightly clipped, initial mark is a cross 1, is 1352-53. Obverse is crowned bust facing with the legend + EDWARDVS REX ANGLI Z FRANCI. Reverse is long cross pattee dividing legend, in each angle three pellets with the legend CIVITAS LONDON and [POSVI DEV ADIVTOREM MEV]. North 1154.
