Post-medieval copper alloy furniture fitting: an elaborate sexfoil handle escutcheon with a central circular perforation (diameter 5mm). The moulded design is a more complex version of that on Read 2001 nos. 271-2, and is very close to that on CORN-C88450 and IOW-99C633. Diameter 32.5mm. Thickness 1.8mm. Late 17th - 18th century.
