A cast copper-alloy button of Post-Medieval date. It has a solid, undecorated biconvex head with integral suspension loop at the centre of the back face that is oval shaped with oval aperture. The button measures 10.85mm in diameter, 15.88mm in height, and weighs 3.60g. Similar examples from Medieval London suggest a date in the 16th or 17th centuries AD for the current button (Egan, 2005: pp. 48-49).
