A cast lead spindle whorl of uncertain date. It is conical in form, unevenly cast with undecorated surfaces. At the centre of the whorl is a large circular aperture. The entire object measures 27.29mm in length, 19.73mm in width, 9.71mm in height, and 23.97g in weight. It may be of any date from the Roman period onward, with a Medieval or later date perhaps most plausible.
