A large flint scraper, dating from the late Neolithic period, 2500-2100BC. The tool is sub-circular with a projecting proximal end and has unifacial working all around the edge of the dorsal (upper) face. The ventral (or lower) face has a clearly visible bulb of percussion but has not been retouched. The flint is mid-grey in colour with white flecks. It weighs 52.76g and measures 48.85mm in width, 55.31mm in length and 17.84mm in thickness.
