A complete lead alloy token or tally of post-medieval date. The token has been cast and it is evident that the two moulds were not correctly aligned as the flans are not equal and do not meet; the obverse of the token bears a nine-spoked wheel or star pattern, the terminals of the arms having rounded knops. The opposing face has the crudely executed initials 'L W'. These objects are probably agricultural tokens or tallies and this example lis likely to date from c. AD 1500-1800.
