A cast copper-alloy rivet or stud of uncertain date. It has a cylindrical shaft that is slightly bent as a result of either usage or post-depositional damage. At one end is a large flattened disc shaped head, while at the other the body has a small flattened head. It has a dark green patina that is pitted in places. This object measures 18.39mm in length, 4.26mm in diameter at shaft, 11.46mm in diameter at disc shaped head, and 2.82g in weight. It may be of any date form teh Bronze Age onward, although most plausibly of Medieval or later date.
