A cast copper-alloy bar mount of Medieval date. It has a flat oval shaped centre with oval aperture, from which extends rectangular arms that are triangular in section with flat bak and faceted front faces. At each end are single circular rivet holes, one of which retains a separately cast copper-alloy rivet. The entire object measures 28.74mm in length, 6.26mm in width, 1.41mm in thickness, and 0.77g in weight. This is a bar mount of Medieval date, similar in form to parallels published from London (Egan and Pritchard, 1991: e.g. nos. 1157-1158). It is of c.14th century AD date.
