Unique ID: WAW-3318FD

Object type certainty: Certain
Workflow status: Awaiting validation Find awaiting validation

Mesolithic to early Bronze Age (c. 9000 to 1000BC) debitage: The debitage is similar to a core, but is probably a reused piece of debitage as one small face has cortex remaining. The other faces reveal a mottled blue to white patina. In plan the 'chunk' is sub-square and the surface has multiple scars at differing angles and it may have been truncated through damage. The item, measures 27.05mm tall, 27.13mm wide and 17.48mm thick. It weighs 19.14g.

The debitage probably dates to the Mesolithic to early Bronze Age periods, c. 9000 to 1000BC.
