An incomplete Roman copper alloy finger ring of Henig's Type XIII dating to the period c. AD 200 - 410. It exhibits a circular bezel with a central circular recess filled with degraded enamel, now off-white. This is surrounded by a slight reserve whcih is in turn surrounded by a recess containing traces of degraded enamel and is bordered by a final outer reserve. The edge of the bezel has been chipped on one side. The bezel narows into the loop which is 4.07mm wide. The loop is incomplete and terminates in an old break on either side.
The finger ring measures 16.84mm in length, 9.88mm in diameter across the bezel, 4.07mm in width, is 1.89mm thick and weighs 1.19g.
The design of the bezel is similar to SOM-E7E65C & HAMP-89D63C.
