A late Medieval - Post medieval lead alloy uniface token, probably dating 16th century - 18th century. The decorated side depicts an equal-armed cross within a linear border. Powell type 14. A parallel has been recorded on the database: LON-3D99E6
Notes:
Lead tokens are difficult to date precisely and could be medieval to post medieval in date (1250-1800 AD). The majority of lead tokens are thought to date to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries (AD 1600-1800) as increasing numbers of dated tokens are found.
