A Post-Medieval Copper Alloy double loop rectangular buckle.
The buckle is rectangular with a central bar. The right side of the buckle is broken, and would have looked like the left side. The pin is still attached to the bar and has two forks that are 15.04mm each. There are 4 indentations on the outer frame, two on each side on the top face of the buckle.
