A discoidal or keeled core. Dark grey and mid grey patchy flint with a high gloss surface. A large nodule fragment which has been knapped from the edges resulting in a sub discoidal core with an irregular bi-conical profile. There are numerous broad flaking scars over both faces and the margin is thinned to a sharp edge. There is an area of abraded nodule cortex along one side.
