Silver coin. Voided long cross cut halfpenny of Henry III (1216-1272), class 3a issue of 1248-1250.

Obverse description: Facing bust no sceptre; hair (left) of two neat curls and pellets; legend starts at 12 O'clock. Obverse inscription: (---)EX.III, X with one straight and one curled limb.

Reverse description: Voided long cross, three pellets in each angle.

Reverse inscription: (NIC)/OLE/ON/(--)
