Copper alloy button fragment. Cast discoid button front with a flanged rim and hollow back with a central boss for a loop (lost). The display face bears a stamped cruciform motif with floral adornments, much of which are rendered with angled semi-circular punch marks. Slight traces of white metal plating are trapped in the decoration. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1800-1900.
