A copper-alloy Roman nummus, probably of Constantine I (AD 306-337), dating to the period c.AD 312-315 (Reece period 15). IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG NN reverse type depicting Jupiter standing facing with head left, chalmys hanging from left shoulder, holding Victory on globe in outstretched right hand and leaning on sceptre with left hand, eagle at feet to the left. Unclear mint, possibly Thessalonica (from legends and details on obverse and reverse, though mint mark illegible).
