Fragment of post medieval, 16th-17th century, rectangular, lead cloth seal, AD.1575-1650. This is a part of a cloth searchers seal with HE/TD surrounded by SEACHED with roman numerals XX/ XVIII. This is the front of a two part seal produced from a standard mould and stamped by the individual searching the cloth. See Egan 1994 No.119 for a parallel.
