Medieval copper alloy strap mount in the form of an openwork fleur-de-lis with two separate rivets (one missing) and with fine cross-hatched engraving near the base.The rivet holes are countersunk on the reverse. A slightly small version of Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 1084. Height 14.7mm. Width 11.3mm. Thickness (excluding rivet) 1.2mm. 14th - mid 15th century.
