Post-medieval copper alloy sub-lozengiform or quatrefoil harness mount with a pair of integeral round-sectioned attachment spikes bent in the same direction on the reverse. The four openwork apertures are divided by a reserved saltire in the centre. Length 24mm. Width 19mm. Thickness without spikes 1mm. Cf. NMS-6BA663. 17th century.
