Mid blue glass bead. A globular bead probably moulded in semi-translucent glass with a stringing hole of diameter 3.5mm and with faint turning or finishing lines on its outer surface. Beads of various pale and sky blue tints were especially favoured in the Victorian period to decorate lace bobbins. Suggested date: Post-Medieval, 1850-1900.
