Medieval to post-medieval copper alloy purse bar with globular terminals and a rectangular central boss (without a swivelling loop). Ward Perkins 1940, Type B. The terminals are decorated with a pair of circumferential grooves and a transverse groove. The boss is very small, width 12.7mm, height 8.5mm, thickness 7.5mm. Length 92mm. First half 16th century.
