A group of 5 flint waste flakes of Mesolithic date (9000-3450 BC). The lithics are sub-ovate in plan and either plano-convex or plano in section. All flakes but no. 2 retain no cortex and are therefore tertiary flakes. The dorsal surface of No. 2 is covered with retained cortex and this lithic is therefore a secondary flake

The flakes are a grey in colour.
