Medieval copper alloy domed thimble with a circumferential groove above a plain band around the base and below a continuous spiral of small round indentations which covers the remainder of the sides and all of the dome apart from a small open patch at the top. There is folding at the base. Diameter 19 - 20mm. Height 16.6mm. Mid 14th - mid 15th century.
