A medieval double-sided copper-alloy coin weight for a French ecu (probably). The coin weight is square. One side depicts a crowned shield with three lis within a beaded border. The other side depicts the crowned arms of Amsterdam in a shield: three crosses in a central column. These weights were issued for coins of Charles VII to Louis XI dating from 1422-1475 (Withers and Withers 1995, 39).

The object measures 14.13mm by 14.05mm, by 2.27mm thick, and weighs 2.7g
