A cast copper alloy mount dating to the Post Medieval period. The mount is of an openwork design, the front design has a cart wheel motive in the center. The reverse is plain except for two integral copper alloy rivets projecting from the back, these would have held the mount in place on a strap or belt. The surviving rivets curve through 90 degrees, tapering in thickness to a point.
