Post-medieval copper alloy buckle. Double oval frame with transverse ridge on edge at either end of slightly narrowed bar and very worn bosses in the centre of each outside edge. Pin missing. Measuring 48 x 29mm. See Whitehead (2003, 66, no.407). Circa 1500 - 1650.
