A copper alloy heraldic shield-shaped horse harness pendant charged with a lion rampant facing left, surviving in dark blue enamel. This upper face of the pendant is corroded so that it is hard to tell the colour of the lion surface, the field behind the lion provides a contrast to see the lion. The surface may also have been gilded but there is no evidence of this. The reverse of the object is undecorated. The suspension loop is broken missing due to an ancient break.
