A collection of sixteen sherds of Severn Valley courseware pottery dating from the Roman period (c. AD 50-410). The small size of the sherds makes it difficult it determine the exact style and shape of the original vessel or vessels they were part of. The fabric of the sherds is a coarse but soft earthenware with angular and sub-angular black grit and quartz inclusions. The fabric is also mica rich. The fabric colour is a mid orange to light brown with a slightly darker core.

The smallest sherd measures 8.2mm in length, 6.5mm in width, is 6.1mm thick and weighs 0.4g.
