A complete Iron Age silver unit of Verica, dating from c. AD 10-40. Obverse depicts bull butting right, with VERICA above, REX below exergue line; reverse depicts figure standing left holding branch in right hand and head on spear in left, with COMMI F around. Cf.: ABC, no. 1235; VA 506; BMC 1450-84.

The coin is well preserved, has been struck on a dished blank and is well centred.
