Medieval to post-medieval copper alloy ring of variable pentagonal cross-section. Some file marks are visible. External diameter 24.1 - 24.8mm. Internal diameter 19.5 - 20.5mm. Thickness 1.5 - 1.6mm. Possibly used in the suspension of drapes (Egan 1998, 62-4). Mid 14th - 16th century.
