Grey-buff flint probable microlith. Triangular point with long parallel flakes struck from its dorsal side and a very slightly concave ventral surface. Short abrupt retouch executed from the ventral aspect follows one long edge, forming a microlith of Group A. The lack of patina may suggest the object was incorporated into a sealed context shortly after its deposition. This object is of an earlier object type than almost all the large quantities of flint reported from the vicinity. Suggested date: Early Mesolithic, 10,000-7000 BC.
