A complete copper alloy post-medieval token farthing issued by Thomas Hudson of Woolpit.

Williamson (1967, 1105) writes: 'the Crown is now the present chief inn. Thomas Hudson was one of the feoffees living in 1668, charged with the government of an almshouse for poor people, founded according to the will of Sir Robert Gardener, knight, in 1614, at Elmswell, adjoining Woolpit'.
