A complete, cast, lead alloy token of probable Post Medieval date. The token is uniface. The design consists of two overlappings Vs, with the upright of the second V having a loop on the right of its upright. The design possibly represents the letters WP litigated. There are three pellets, one above and one below the crossing points of the Vs, and the third below the loop of the P. The token is light grey in colour. In style this form of token is similar to the privy (private) marks of 17th century monograms seen on cloth seals and bag seals
The token is 32mm in diameter, 7mm thick and weighs 43 grams.
