A complete stone net sinker of Unknown date.

The sinker is sub-triangular in plan, sub-oval in cross-section and side view. A hole is situated close the top has a minimum diameter of c. 12.5mm. The sides of the sinker have been smoothed or ground and the base has been partially smoothed.

This sinker is made of local Bembridge Limestone and has marine growth attached in places.

Length: 133.0mm; width: 122.2mm; thickness: 61.6mm. Weight: c. 1095.0g.

A surface find within the inter-tidal zone.
