A post-medieval copper-alloy 17th-century token halfpenny issued by Thomas Norris of Aynho, Northamptonshire. Williamson (1891, 885) Northamptonshire no. 2, dating to 1648-1672.

Notes:
Norris was the landlord of the Cartwright Arms in Anyho in the late 17th century, then known as the Red Lion, hence the lion depicted on the token.
