An incomplete copper alloy button of Post-Medieval date (AD 1700-1800). The object a discoidal button with a drawn wire loop on the reverse. The face of the button is decorated with a repeating punched pellet pattern which creates an inner circular boarder. The reverse is slightly concave and undecorated.
The metal is a dark brown in colour with areas of green corrosion.
