A Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead alloy uniface token dating from c. AD 1250-1800. Powell Type 14. The token is decorated on one face with a simple long cross design and possibly further decoration in each quadrant, which is now illegible.
Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were easy to manufacture and circulate; they are therefore difficult to date precisely but those with simple designs are generally given a Medieval to Post Medieval date.
