Medieval lead alloy spindle whorl, 27.5 mm in diameter, 14mm thick and weighing 51.22grams. The object is by conical in form and circular in cross section. The whorl has a wide flat ridge running around its edge and is un-decorated. It conforms to Walton Rogers form C, dating it from 1100-1500.
