Two fragments of Roman London eggshell ware (AD90-130 Davies, Richardson and Tomber 1994) with rouletted decoration and a flared rim. Fabric is pale grey and extremely thin. The two fragments can be refitted to form the wall and rim of a beaker. This type of pottery is manufactured from the late Neronian to the end of the Hadrianic period, flourishing mainly in the early second century.
A parallel can be found in Davies, Richardson and Tomber 1994, pg 149 fig.127 No.802.
