A complete post-Medieval copper-alloy mount or stud (c. 1500-c. 1700).

The head is domed and has a moulded design representing a flower head. It has a central pellet with eight evenly spaced petals. The underside is concave. At the centre of the underside a tapering spike is square in cross-section.

The front is reddish brown with traces of gilding and the back is green.

Diameter: 13.0mm; height of head: 3.1mm; total height: 9.9mm. Weight: 1.63g.
