Post-medieval copper alloy hooked tag with trapezoidal loop and trefoil or triple-bossed plate. The tip of the hook is missing. Read 2008, early post-medieval single sharp-hooked clasp Class E, Type 5. Very close to ibid. no. 444, but with solid bosses. Extant length 28.7mm. Width 14.5mm. 16th century.
Found during excavation of foundations for a utility room and soakaway.
