Incomplete Middle Saxon to Late Saxon copper alloy hooked tag with a circular plate, broken across one of two perforations, part of the edge missing. Read 2008, early medieval single sharp-hooked clasp Class A, Type 2. The plate is decorated with a central perforated ring-and-dot within six outer perforated ring-and-dots. Cf. ibid. no. 60. Length 19mm. Width 11mm. 8th - 11th century.
