Incomplete Roman bone hair pin of Crummy Type 3 and Greep Type B1.1. The bottom of the pin shaft has been broken off and the head is notched. Head is spherical and crudely formed. The pin shaft tapers to join the head and bulges out wards as it moves away. Bone has taken on a dark brown coloured patination.
