Copper alloy sestertius of Hadrian (AD 117-38), probably dating to c. AD 125-38 (Reece Period 6). Obverse is extremely worn: no inscription survives, but a right facing head is clearly visible. Reverse: No detail survives. Mint of Rome. Hammer marks survive around the circumference of the coin thickening the edges to between 3.1mm and 5.1mm and causing both faces to be slightly concave.
