An incomplete copper alloy buckle of post-medieval date (AD 1600-1720). The object is a double loop sub-oval type with slightly rounded edges and slight trefoil sides. The strap bar is narrowed and recessed. The wire pin is missing due to an old break.

The metal is a light green in colour with a pitted and corroded patina.
